Spacious, relatively good location, a nice beach nearby

The apartment was a good size for our family of 5 and we especially liked the roof terrace - when the sun shone! The apartment was well equipped. The supermarket was close, the beach was a few minutes walk and the main area for pubs and restaurants was right beside us. We never had any disturbance with noise.
Kitchen storage space was not good. We were in the apartment in one of the coldest Christmases we have spent in the Algarve and condensation was a problem, although not one easily fixed. Heating was just about adequate.

Die Dachterrasse war super und die Lage direkt im Zentrum und in der Nähe zu den Stränden ist auch hervorragend.
In der Dusche/Badewanne war der Ausfluss verstopft und das Wasser lief nur sehr langsam ab. Was wirklich eckelig war, da man in dem Dreck des "Vorduschers" bis zu dem Waden im Wasser stand.
Der Backofen funktionierte nicht und das Licht war im Außenbereich defekt und im Badezimmer zum Teil defekt.
Der Kühlschrank war dreckig und musste erst einmal gesäubert werden, wie einige andere Sachen auch.
Es gab leider auf der Terrasse auch keine Auflagen für die Stühle und die anderen Sitzgelegenheiten und der Sonnenschrirm war nur mäßig zu gebrauchen, da er auch leicht defekt war.
Die Lage ist wirklich gut, da das Apartement mitten in der Stadt liegt, aber darurch ist es auch bis spät in der Nacht laut und das Parken auf der Straße ist dadurch auch eigendlich nicht möglich. Man muss meist sehr weit weg parken.
