A vila is being managed by a local company (not owners), which does not take proper care of it.

The size of it and its location
Poor maintenance of its content - broken chairs. Only toilet paper available. It seemed property hasn’t been checked or looked after before new guests. Normally there’s some olive oil or salt available for the first day or two before being able to go shopping but not on this property.
