Luxury Private Family Villa with Pool AC & Parking

Villa was as expected from the pictures if not better, all the rooms were very spacious and every room had an ensuite except for the bunk bed room but there was a family bathroom that room could use so great for everyone to have their own space. Location was so close to Alvor and Rocha literally minutes in the car and you can walk to a beach too. Nelson was great at letting us in and was very friendly and polite as he did the maintenance twice a week but was very respectful and always checked with us if he could do the gardening/ pool. Host and Nelson was amazing at sorting two cots for us as we had two young boys with us and they also offered to sort us an extra high chair but the toddle was happy with their seating. Couldn't recommend more for families or groups of friends. Thanks so much for having us.

We felt at home the second we arrived. The interior was welcoming and warm! Beds were extremely comfortable and overall the house had everything we needed! The Fully equipped kitchen was a great place to start the day and the backyard and pool were the cherry on the top for us!! The staff was incredibly nice and helpful! We had such a good time at your home and would love to visit again! Literally every need was met, the neighborhood was safe and friendly as well!

The bathrooms sometimes had a bad odor, but we know that’s from the plumbing and nothing you have full control over! So all good!

Het zwembad en de tuin waren GEWELDIG. Heerlijke bbq erbij en het ontvangst en de begeleiding door de host (Nelson) was fantastisch. Ook de 2 bove dre kamers hadden extreem veel conform. De stapelbedden en een gewone 2-persoonskamer beneden waren prima (maar dus iets minder dan de bovenste kamers).

De beheerder (Whome) heeft een andere doelstelling dan de eigenaar. Iedere organisatie zou uit moeten zijn om optimale service en vriendelijkheid. Dat hebben de eigenaar en host zeker. Whome heeft een veel minder een beeld van de villa.

Location is very good, house is a good size and well equipped. Master bedroom and patio is excellent.

The kids bedroom is not the best, but not a deal breaker. And I knew it was an unusual room from the photos.
