The layout of the accomadation was lovely.Staff were friendly.Pools and beaches were lovely
Lack of air conditioning in one of the apts.Shower in main bathroom extremely small and curtain pole in en suite was not reliable and is kept falling and took two for it to be fixed.
Toilets and shower facilities by the pool were not good.Not clean cold water only in shower needs to be updated.Very awkward when we had to be out of the apt so early before our flight.Luggage room not locked.
Pool beds in Atlantic pool were extremely expensive.

Afronation accommodation: 10 min drive to festival, the place looks better than photos, clean, came with iron and clothes drying rack, full functioning kitchen with appliances, supermarket and 2 restaurants onsite
Afronation accommodation: the complex is huge/hard to find your apartment despite being given a map, there are 2 receptions and they dont tell you which one is correct so if you have a big suitcase its a long to walk between the 2 if you go to the wrong one (no step free access), they dont have shuttles or golf carts to escort people, no washing liquid or hand wash in apartments, cleaner didnt come often, pool has limited beds, no fans or air con in the room so it gets hot

service at the large outdoor pool (one with grass) was very poor /slow
