The resort was gorgeous, well maintained, very large. Pools also fab and views to the sea/beach are breathtaking. Great space in the villas/apartments, towels are of premium nature. Restaurant staff and cleaning staff are friendly and helpful.
The resort is huge and there was no one to direct us or show the way to our villa. We were tired after a long travel and this would've really helped. There are padel and tennis courts to hire but they don't provide/hire any equipment (??). There was no air con in the villa (so check it's available on booking).
Reception staff can be abrupt.

difficult to park car (not enough spaces)
service at the large outdoor pool (one with grass) was very poor /slow
