I like the staff and the cleanness was great, they were very helpful
Upon arrival, the gym was out of service, which was quite disappointing. Unfortunately, on my final day—when I had planned to use the spa—the spa and indoor swimming pool were also unavailable ( out of service). I understand that facilities can occasionally experience issues, but it’s important that they are repaired as quickly as possible, as guests are paying for full access to all amenities. Overall, I left feeling disappointed. In some of the days the food choices were awful

The hotel was spotless. Staff were amazing and so was the drinks
The food was the worse I have ever had. The ingredients were good but everything was cold all the time. All precooked, which was a shame.
