The bar staff was a bit hard to get through to. Took a while to get service.

The location is excellent
The bathroom could do with an update. Towels not good. Disappointed that we were not advised that the indoor pool was being repaired as being February outdoor swimming was a no go.

Fantastic location! Easy access to beach from the hotel. They also had a fabulous breakfast spread. Excellent service by the staff at the reception and restaurant. Would like to specifically thank the person at the reception who assisted us with our check-in (can't recollect the name unfortunately). He helped us book a boat tour which was excellent and also gave us some great recommendations of places to visit nearby.
Room although comfortable and clean needs to be updated in certain aspects. It was difficult to find a convenient electric socket for charging our devices. Some of the bath linen also needs to be replaced.

It was very clean and the staff were so attentive and so nice
The food in at the breakfast was awful. It was always so cold and took absolutely ages to get any more.food out, I ordered a hot.choco and honestly had to ask 3 times were it was. For a 5 star hotel a few things could have been better. The decking at the pool was all loose and coming up, cockroaches on the wall , chipped toilet seats in the room, cracked bath , dirty walls and the room for the price was just not.worth it it was so small.
