Spa not very big, unclean pool, steam room was not working properly. Pools were very packed as so many guests. Enough sun beds but needed to reserve them with your towels early morning to get near pools

The pools and daily activities were great.

The gym is way too small for an hotel that size, and it has been like that for years. No improvement or upgrade. There were often 5+ people coming at the same time and they couldn't use the space. Many had to turn back and leave. The only weights they have are too light. The food lacked diversity and some quality as well. The buffet is convenient, and certainly one reason why people chose all-inclusive hotel, but the quality of it is below a 5-star hotel. The parking situation is also strange an inconvenient.

There were ants in our bathroom. Despite requesting it be resolved there was no response. I’d written to the hotel in advance asking for an early check in, upgraded our room in the hope of acquiring same and indicating further payment for same for my elderly mother. This did not happen, in fact we waited beyond the advertised time for room availability I asked for a room close to amenities, again for same reason. We were allocated the room the furtherest away.
