Rooms were very clean and spacious
Entertainment staff were fantastic and the cleaning ladies were really lovely as were the staff who ran us around on the golf buggies when we needed it. Receptionists also very helpful
Food wasn’t 5 star, the hot food at breakfast was generally cold. And we were unable to get booked into any of the restaurants, buffet was mediocre, have had better food in a 3/4 star hotel.
Bar queues also not great at night, also sunbeds are far too close together around the pool and hard to get a bed even in October when I’d expect it to be quieter.

Impossible to book dinner in any of the a la carre restaurants unless you do it a week in advance which is not possible if you come only for the weekend. Confusion on what is open for which clients and what time. Crazy to have premium on top of the already expensive stay, dividing guests into separate groups. We had ants in our room.

Property was in a decent location. Staff friendly. Rooms very nice and clean.
Nice football and paddle court.

Insufficient waiting staff to cope with breakfast and lunch session
Pool was over crowded with sun beds touching. ( as a result we didn’t use for our entire stay)
