Location was perfect for the beach and boardwalk.
The pool was out of action, but we had the use of its sister hotel a few mins walk away.

Location and view from balcony (10th floor). Staff very friendly and helpful, especially the reception staff and manager. We had a problem with our shower that was fixed very promptly.
Indoor pool closed due to storm damage. Out of the control of the management obviously, but still disappointing. Guests could use the indoor pool at the neighbouring Pestana hotel, but it was very crowded and not as nice. Also, I think there should be a hairdryer in each room so you don't have to ask at reception. We got one eventually, but had to wait four days as not enough to go round.

It was old. Things were broken. Pool was closed. with no repairs in sight.

It was close to the beach.
The room was really small I didn’t think it was going to be just a bedroom and kitchen all in one.
With four people it was extremely crammed and not what i expected for paying €1200
$$$$
