About this apartment rental
2 bed/2 bath, Condo sleeps 6. Ocean views from kitchen, living room and breakfast nook. Master bedroom has queen size bed with en suite bathroom and large walk-in closet. Second bedroom also has queen size bed. Hall bathroom has shower and bathtub. Living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. Washer and dryer in the condo, along with dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, etc. 3 flat screen TVs with cable. Free Wi-fi. Pool and hot tub included. There is an elevator and stairs to access this penthouse unit. Top floor, corner unit with wrap around deck and direct ocean views! You must see it to believe it. There is an outdoor shower to get the sand off your feet and to clean the kiddo's beach toys. Be advised that VRBO only charges the 6% State Hotel Occupancy Tax. There is an additional 11% City and County Hotel Occupancy Tax for stays less than 30 days.

Great location being across the street from public beach access. Had an issue with air conditioner not cooling, owner answered when I called and had it fixed that day by the time we got back from the beach. Condo was clean, comfortable & has all you need for your stay. Will book again.

The condo was great. Unobstructed views of the gulf and of alberto coming in. Not everyone can say they had a front seat virew of a tropical storm, but we did. Mike was great. Highly recommend the condo. AC worked great, kitchen nicely equipped, only this missing was sunshine.

Relatively quick access to the beach (walk across the street and through a parking lot)
Appliances all worked well and were clean
Air conditioning worked well
Property owner reached out via email to ask me to sign an additional rental agreement beyond that which was on vrbo, which I found odd.
Overall, decent stay, had a great time with my family. I will very likely be returning to South Padre, though it’s unlikely I would stay here again, as I prefer a nice view.
