About this apartment rental
A treasure located right on the beach, this beautiful 5th floor condo will be your favorite vacation place. Relax in the the chairs on the ocean front balcony. It feels like you're on the beach without getting your feet sandy. The living area features a bistro dining set, comfy sofa and recliner, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, Spectrum cable with Showtime and DVD. High speed WIFI.
A fully equipped kitchen allows you the convenience of dining in when you choose. Just bring your own food and beverages. Or use curbside from one of the many restaurants. We have a blender, coffee pot, toaster, dishes and pretty much everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. You will sleep like a baby on the king bed with comfy cotton sheets. The bedroom has a large wall mounted flat screen TV with DVD and a ceiling fan. Kids will enjoy the bunk bed alcove. There is a queen sofa sleeper with a memory foam topper so it's comfortable. Spacious bathroom has plenty of nice towels, beach towels and a hair dryer.
Easy self-check in using your own personal entry code starts your beach vacay at the instant you arrive. This condo is right on the beach just a few steps to the water.
Beach supplies, umbrella, chairs, boogie boards & cooler for guests to use are in the closet. If you like to hang out by the pool there are loungers for you to enjoy before or after you take a dip.
We are located toward the north part of the island between Clayton's and Wanna Wanna. Walking distance to many places but away from the noise and crowds.
The island has a free Metro bus that picks up right in front of the building and runs until 9:00 PM.

Security Dates: $25 ID Wristbands are required for each guest over the age of 10 during the following times: Spring Break Texas week, Easter weekend, Samana Santa, and Independence Day Holiday weekend. Please reach out for current security dates if you are booking around these dates. This cost pays for security that is hired during these times.
Rental Agreement required. All guests must adhere to the rules of the building. Please be considerate of others in the building.

We were very impressed with the property the view the location everything that our host told us was relevant and correct. Good communication, beautiful property ease of parking beach access very easy. Hot tub was wonderful. we got married on the beach. It was beautiful We will definitely have our one year anniversary here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely check with the SPI Ladies first if we get back to South Padre. As all the reviews say, the view and beach access are stellar. We did discover on arrival that I’d misunderstood the property description and assumed that “washer and dryer available” meant they were in the unit, which was not the case. Our stay was only 3 nights so it wasn’t an issue, and there are laundry facilities in the building if needed. The only reason I gave the property 4 stars rather than 5 was because the elevator went out our last night there and remained out of service as we were leaving, which meant hauling all of out things, plus 2 dogs with dog beds and blankets, down 5 flights of stairs. My husband is disabled, so it meant me taking 4 trips to get everything down. By going very slow, my husband was able to get down the stairs, but I was exhausted by the time we were loaded. I had hoped that by reporting the elevator situation to the owners very early, it might be resolved by check-out, but nobody responded to my texts so I had no idea if building management had even received notice. I never heard anything back from the owners. That was our only negative from the trip, but unless I saw numerous reviews of elevator issues, we would stay there again. The property is lovely.

Such a cute place with everything we needed! Clean, comfortable, comfy bed. The view was amazing!!!! There were plenty of supplies for the kitchen, bath, bedroom and beach! The hosts were immediately responsive. We would definitely stay here again!
