The owner has put a lot of attention to detail for a wonderful welcoming feel. From the front balcony, you have a view of the water. This condo is located on a quiet street. The updated kitchen is stocked with everything you need.
You get a beautiful king size bedroom in the Primary Suite. The second bedroom is wonderfully decorated with a queen size bed. The third bedroom has 2 full size beds. You will love the Charm in this condo. You also have a washer and dryer in the unit
Out back you will find the beautiful pool and pool deck. You will love this tropical oasis. Enjoy your afternoon at the pool, or walk less than a block to the beach. Either way, it will be a Win Win for the family!

No grilling is kinda silly. The master bed was very firm. I’m not one to sit around and watch TV while at the beach. but during rainy season, it would’ve been nice to have a TV that offers apps for streaming or at least the ability to mirror (chromecast or airplay). The space was adequate for a family of 6, and pet friendly. Nice, clean pool. And the place had great water pressure.

Everything was clean, inviting, cozy. Our experience was viewed as great. There were extra kitchen/ cleaning items readily available. The property itself is very clean, pool was also kept up with. There were extra pillows, blankets if needed. The area/ location was quiet and serene. It was a quick walk to the beach, easy access to outdoor showers. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a quick getaway. The host gave us a call the day before, went over rules and expectations, easy check in/out process. There was also a binder of the same rules/ expectations for check out found in living room.
