The house was clean on the inside. The pictures are accurate representation of the property with one difference: the exterior definitely needs scraping and painting. The yard was mowed, but that was it. There was trash left in the backyard. There were dead plants as well. Also, when you look at the surrounding neighborhood, it is clear that the property is a rental—the other houses had paved driveways. This property’s driveway is gravel, and is in need of more gravel. The towels and bed linens were thin and worn. For the price, I expected higher quality products. The rate is way too much for the quality. The agent was responsive to the issues we did have.

The house we rented on 115 Aries, South Padre Island was roomy, very clean and comfortable. Safe neighborhood and dog friendly. We love the fact that it was minutes from the beach. Guest contact Craig great attitude and very helpful. Awesome experience!!...Highly Recommended!
