About this apartment rental
Florence 1 Condominiums, with direct beach access, have been a long time Padre favorite for summer beach visitors and Winter Texans, offering a convenient & beautiful location at an affordable price. The well maintained building has an elevator, limited covered parking, beautiful lap pool, hot tub and comfortable patio area with lounge chairs.
OUR UPDATED BEACHFRONT CONDO HAS TILE FLOORS, CEILING FANS, BALCONY OVERLOOKING THE GULF, 1 BEDROOM WITH KING, EURO-TOP MATTRESS. The bunk bed alcove down the hallway with privacy curtain (safety rail on top bunk) provides additional sleeping arrangements. For convenience and safety, there is a walk-in shower in the bathroom. Kitchen is stocked with dishes, glasses, pots and pans, etc. A flat screen TV is in the living area with basic cable. WiFi available. Commercial washers & dryers in complex.

The Wave, which is a free shuttle provided by South Padre Island, picks up across the street. Florence I is centrally located on the Island. See
weekend Fireworks from the beach or bay without having to go anywhere! Because of our direct beach access, it's easy to bring down all your beach accessories to play and/or be comfortable.

The property has a great view and was super easy to find and access. Parking was great. The kitchen is well appointed. While we didn’t have any kids with us, the bunk beds are a super creative way to use space. The bed was comfy and the AC was on point!

This was our second stay at this condo and we are hoping to start planning for a third. Betty’s condo is the perfect mix of home and convenience all while having a front row seat to the beach!

Renting was very easy, we had no issues with the property or methods to rent. The owner was polite and it was a wonderful place to relax and recharge.
