About this apartment rental
Florence 1 Condominiums, with direct beach access, have been a long time Padre favorite for summer beach visitors and Winter Texans, offering a convenient & beautiful location at an affordable price. The well maintained building has an elevator, limited covered parking, beautiful lap pool, hot tub and comfortable patio area with lounge chairs.
OUR UPDATED BEACHFRONT CONDO HAS TILE FLOORS, CEILING FANS, BALCONY OVERLOOKING THE GULF, 1 BEDROOM WITH KING, EURO-TOP MATTRESS. The bunk bed alcove down the hallway with privacy curtain (safety rail on top bunk) provides additional sleeping arrangements. For convenience and safety, there is a walk-in shower in the bathroom. Kitchen is stocked with dishes, glasses, pots and pans, etc. A flat screen TV is in the living area with basic cable. WiFi available. Commercial washers & dryers in complex.

The Wave, which is a free shuttle provided by South Padre Island, picks up across the street. Florence I is centrally located on the Island. See
weekend Fireworks from the beach or bay without having to go anywhere! Because of our direct beach access, it's easy to bring down all your beach accessories to play and/or be comfortable.

What a great place to spend a few days and enjoy the beach. The unit was clean, well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. Betty was a great communicator and the view was perfect. We will be coming back!

The place was amazing!!! Million dollar views for sure, that sunrise was spectacular! My husband and i enjoyed every minute of it. Great location, We will definitely be staying again... Thank you Betty!!!
