    위치 - 가와라마치 한복판. 교토 시내 (이치조지, 기온거리, 교세라 미술관 등) 이동 시 버스 환승 없이 한번에 갈 수 있다. 물론 도보 이동도 가능. 가모강과 수로변 산책로, 소우소우 쇼핑 거리 등과도 가까워서 시간 낭비 없이 짧은 시간 동안 교토를 즐길 수 있었다. 대욕장 - 부모님과 함께 여행했기에 대욕장이 있는 호텔로 찾았는데, 대욕장 사이즈가 크진 않았지만 꽤 신식 시설에 깔끔하고 분위기있게 관리되고 있았다. 넓은 객실 - 트윈룸 기준, 객실히 꽤 넓었다. 좁은 일본 호텔의 객실 사이즈를 생각하면 굉장히 넓은 수준으로.
