    The hotel's location is very strategic, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They also offer paid laundry facilities, which was very convenient. However, communication through Agoda messages and email could be improved. We were given incorrect information and the wrong location, which resulted in us walking quite a long distance while carrying four pieces of luggage. We were later informed that it was due to a system error. Although the issue was eventually clarified, it did make check-in more stressful than expected. Overall, the excellent staff and convenient location made for a good stay, but I hope the communication process can be improved to prevent similar issues for future guests.

    Lots of good bars/restaurants in the neighborhood. Plus, although it’s near Shijo (great location), you are too overwhelmed. Plus a short walk from Kabin Taka which has a nice cafe/garden

    Approximately 12minutes of walk from nearest subway station. Hotel entrance is easy missed out, look out for the supermarket. Is right in front of a supermarket.
