Well appointed and equipped apartment. Beds were very comfortable. Great to have washing machine and door opening on to balcony to get fresh air.. Very grateful to have elevator and the last few steps to apartment were very manageable.
Great location, close to station and many izakayas and bars.
Communication was excellent and clear instructions for location, entry and workings of apartment were given on time.

The property was clean.
The lift was small.
It is difficult to get hold of someone to help out with things. (Eg no one was there when we wanted to leave bags after checkout)
