The location was excellent. Some views across the mountains and water. Very easy walk into the shops, cafe's and the lake. The train line and station are very close which we found convenient. There are a several cafe's, restaurants and shops for all requirements.
The apartment required some housekeeping facilities, such as tea towels, kitchen knives (some are broken and rusty), bowls (eg for pasta) and instructions for working the sitting room TV.

great bathroom and balcony and location is good.
it’s in a neighborhood and was very noisy. lots of barking dogs, a lot of street noise. I didn’t realize how important screens and AC is. it was very HOT.
