It is a luxury apartment, located in a magical place, bathed by the waters of the Atlantic Ocean. The beach is made of volcanic black sand and is cleaned daily with sea water, as the tides rise every six hours, renewing every grain of sand. This means that they can enjoy a super clean beach for bathing, walking and sunbathing.
The Playa Chica Community is located within the Anaga massif, a mountain chain full of ravines, cliffs and forests, such as the Las Mercedes mountain, where you will find numerous trails to enjoy the spectacular scenery of the area. Anaga is a biosphere reserve, so the air you breathe is pure. It is also an area without light pollution and that allows you to see a black sky with a multitude of stars.
This wonderful place is only 15 km from Santa Cruz de Tenerife, the Capital.
It is also just 4 km from Las Teresitas beach, the largest yellow sand beach in the north of Tenerife. And in San Andrés, you will find excellent restaurants
to taste the best fresh fish and quality Canarian specialties.
All this makes this place a wonderful place to enjoy a wonderful vacation.

Great property , immediately on a Beach. Very contemporary modern design that is well equipped. You will need a Car as nearest Restaurants and Shops are 5 mins away. Plan to do your Shopping at the larger City of Santa Cruz.
