This apartment is a great place to stay in Tenerife! It was very spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable to stay in. It is a short walk to the beach and restaurants. San Andrés is a small, quiet beach town that is well connected with public transportation. It is a great place to base yourself out of for a trip to Tenerife!
Something that could have been better would be if beach towels or umbrellas were provided, but other than that everything was perfect.

The location is perfect, 5 min walk to Las Teresitas. There is a huge parking lot right across the street. There is a wonderful rooftop on top of the apartment building. The apartment is spacious, equipped with everything you need.
No one came to clean the room for 4 days and the towels weren't changed. They do give you a washing mashine so you could wash them yourself. The AC was broken. We were lucky and the weather was not as hot, but they should fix the issue ASAP.

Black hair everywhere (in fridge, bed, shower and on floor), there was cockroach in basement but we didn't see anything in our 2.floor apartment, there were no hanger on sun or in window only in shower(didn't dry enough), there was hanger on rooftop but it's shared and in shade with no wind (long drying)
