The location is excellent, right in the centre of the town with many restaurants, cafés, and small shops within walking distance. It’s a great place if you want to experience a more authentic local atmosphere rather than staying in a large tourist resort. The area felt lively and welcoming, and we really enjoyed spending time there. The beach is also very close. The apartment is functional, nicely organised, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed our time there, and it worked well as a base for exploring the island.
The apartment felt a little smaller than expected for four adults (but guess it's fine for a family), and the walls between rooms are thin. We always found a parking space a few minutes’ walk away, so not an issue.

- Proximity to Teresitas beach, only a few minutes walking - Cleanliness - Combined washing machine and tumble dryer - Plethora of kitchen utensils - Shops and restaurants/coffee shops in the neighbourhood
- Entrance to the properly only with a code, reliant on a battery-operated device. If batteries go dead, there might be a problem to get in.
