Young couple, we lived and worked remotely from the apartment for about 3 weeks. Great for remote work as it's very spacious with a designated work place plus a great view over the harbor. All utilities one might need, from oven, to washing machine. Downstairs you can find some basic coffee shops and 3 supermarkets. Finding a parking space was also quite easy as compared to the rest of the city. We had some problems with the gas tank but Christian was prompt in solving it.
Being on the 9th floor it did happen that in some nights the wind was very noisy when hitting the windows but this only happened twice in 3 weeks.

La casa estaba muy envejecida, especialmente las habitaciones. La cama de dormitorio principal era de hace años y sonaban todos los muelles. Al llegar no había agua caliente, hasta el día siguiente no lo solucionaron. Y la entrada se demoró, hasta las 17.00 no pudimos entrar.
