Excellent location for walking around Santa Cruz - everything you'd want to visit in the city itself is walkable, plus easy access to supermarkets, parks, transport, and so on. The flat itself was wonderfully clean, and the host made it simple to access, plus answered my questions about parking, entry/access, etc really quickly. We visited during a very hot period in Santa Cruz (peaked at around 40C one day) and we were very grateful for the fans, though as a larger family, we did wish there was one more. But overall, loved that there were core condiments in the cupboards (oil, salt, pepper, tea, etc), a good washing machine, and really fast Wi-Fi.

I would have liked to know about the parking space charge ahead of time, but it's minimal and totally worth the money. As the heat was really quite high during our trip, another fan would have been ideal.

Escaleras para subir con personas mayores a tener en cuenta !! la batidora rota y calderos viejos ! Pero Santiago no tardó nada en cambiarlo todo !! Mil gracias Santiago repetiremos !!!!!
