Coliving Pescado Salado

Very beautiful, spacious and well thought-out common areas, especially the kitchen with plenty fridge space separated by guest, good access to buses (10 min from Santa Cruz station), simple, clean and comfortable room, basic toiletries and towels provided, host was very accommodating.

Toilet had a slight sewage smell, but opening the window was an easy solution to that. The place is located in an industrial area with little to no cafes, shops or restaurants, but the city center is just a 5 minute bus ride away. There are some local cafes and stores in walkable distance though. The street can be a bit loud in the mornings due to the nature of the area, but nothing too disturbing. Had a slight issue with the washing machine and dryer not working as expected, but it could’ve been user error. Overall any complaints are minor and we had a great stay.

We had to be near the local hospital so for us the location was good but this is really not a holiday location as it’s in a run down old business area

Frequently no hot water We didn’t know you had to ask for towels but there is no one there so it’s not immediately obvious
