Luxe design woning in druk straatje het centrum van San Andres. Uitstekend bed, mooie badkamers en ruime woonkamer met sfeervolle groene binnentuin. Zonnig dakterras en goed uitgeruste keuken. Eigen garage. Op loopafstand van Teresitas strand, supermarkten en restaurants. Flexibel in en uitchecken, vlotte communicatie met de eigenaar en persoonlijke ontvangst.
Als de ramen aan de straatzijde een keer gewassen zouden worden, zou de ochtendzon ongehinderd naar binnen kunnen schijnen.
