A good, strategic location for visiting key sites (Teide, Masca, Anaga). Quiet and peaceful surroundings. Secure, gated parking in front of the house. Parking right outside the door makes it easy to move your car and your luggage. Comfortable and clean beds with bedding. Quick access to and from the highway in all directions. Shops are close by (by car).
The interior had a slightly musty, old-fashioned smell. Access through the gate onto the narrow street was somewhat difficult. The deck chairs were somewhat dilapidated and rusty. Using the toilet was somewhat difficult, as toilet paper couldn't be flushed. There was no roof option over towels and clothes after washing. The kitchen lacked a drying rack for cups/glasses, or larger dishes/bowls. A larger kitchen towel and a second kitchen towel would have been useful. A few more cabinets, shelves, and clothes hangers would have been helpful (near the entrance, in the first room).

La estancia fue excelente. El apartamento tiene una ubicación estratégica, perfecta para moverse por la zona. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y muy clara en todo momento. El alojamiento estaba impecablemente limpio y resultó muy cómodo para descansar. Sin duda, una opción totalmente recomendable.
La iluminación de la casa por la noche, las luces de las bombillas son muy flojas y la iluminación, a pesar de ser de color cálido, es muy débil.

Las vistas desde arriba, la barbacoa ..
Ratones y muchos bichos. Hay trampas y están tratándolos, también es de considerar que debido a la ubicación, es de esperarse. Está rodeado de árboles y demás fincas.

La tranquilidad de la casa, los supermercados muy cerca. Las atenciónes de Gloria y Susana de Nivariahost eran de maravilla. Si buscas una casa tranquila lejos de todas las turistas esa casa es ideal. Para conocer la isla este lugar para nosotros era perfecto, todos los lugares de interés están fácil de aceder. La autopista está a cinco minutos pero no se escucha. Volveríamos si algún día se dará la oportunidad.
