La atención inmejorable, tanto del personal de mantenimiento como de limpieza. Si tienes alguna duda te responden al momento y te la resuelven con amabilidad. Limpio y bien cuidado a pesar de ser una casona antigua.

La ubicación del apartamento es fenomenal, muy cercano a Calle Castillo y al muelle de Santa Cruz de Tenerife. La habitación muy bonita y cómoda.
Es ridículo lo que está pasando con los check-in y los check-out; no es normal que la entrada sea a las 16:00 de la tarde, y la salida a las 11:00, son cinco horas de diferencia que dan más que de sobra para limpiar la habitación. Lo peor y más ridículo era que el único método de poder entrar o salir más tarde era pagando, todavía más del precio del alojamiento…
