A well furnished and bright apartment, decorated with artful vintage touches. Ideal to relax in your vacations and feel at home.
In the living room, you will find a very comfortable sofa which is also a sofa bed for two people, cable TV, Wi-fi and a fully equipped modern kitchen.
- Guests have private access to the entire apartment.
- There is a free internet connection.
- The kitchen is fully equipped: necessary cooking ware; initial cooking kit including salt, pepper, extra-virgin olive oil, sugar; tableware including wine glasses, etc.
- Other essential amenities: hair dryer, Iron & table, hangers, cleaning material, writing material, etc.
- If there is anything important missing let us know and we'll provide it ASAP.
- We let our guests decide on the level of interaction they wish.
- We are always available to help with local suggestions and are happy to meet up with our guests
- We are readily available in the most used messaging systems: WhatsApp and iMessage, but also through call, Airbnb chat, email, etc.

• Restaurants - You're 5-10 minutes walk away from very tradicional and authentic restaurants!
• Grocery - There is a supermarket 5 minutes away! Open everyday from 10am to 9pm.
• Bank & ATM - There's an ATM in the supermarket and a proper bank 5 minutes away.
• Pharmacy - There's one 4 minutes walking distance
This is a traditional area of Lisbon where there is still a lot of friendly locals living, super central to get anywhere in the city and with everything you need, as shops, supermarkets and restaurants close by and good transportations.
LONG-TERM RESERVATIONS
Reservations for more than 15 nights are considered long-term reservations and are subject to the following rules:
-> We might request a safety deposit at check-in.
-> The energy and water bills must be paid separately.
(How does this work: Every month, we calculate and charge the guest the amount of energy and water spent.
-> The deposit will be returned by the end of the stay after checking the space and receiving the payment of every bill.
-> By making a long-term reservation, guests agree to give the host access to the property, whenever requested, in order to assess the state of maintenance.
