Location is excellent - quiet historical part of the city. The terrace is a great bonus - green and spacious place. It was also very nice to have the washer.
Cleanliness could be better. Some “debugging” is needed as well. It was also not very clear how to dispose garbage

We liked the location, very close to everything we wanted to visit. Even very close to tram 28 :-)
We didn't like that one of the bedrooms didn't have direct ventilation, but we solved it by keeping the living room windows open. We stayed for 6 nights and had only one set of towels, it would have been ideal if they had been changed or if we had received more from the start.
