Our stay was absolutely amazing, the accommodation was nice and tidy, even though we were just there for just one night, but it was comfortable and we had a great time.

Very disappointed at the service we received when we went to go and collect the keys, when we got there there we were told we need to pay R1000 refundable breakage fee that we were not aware of because we did not see the messages sent to us though booking.com which i admit it was entirely our fault, but the lady at the reception had no patience and definitely rude, i honestly have never felt so unwanted and if the was a way to cancel i would have. Worse this morning i simply sent a message reminding them that its passed 5 days for my refund, i got blue ticked on WhatsApp, and this afternoon i called the minute i said my name she dropped the call, and sent me prof of payment via WhatsApp which i find very rude. Her attitude was absolutely shocking, and I'm not even sure if she should be speaking to guests if thats the kind of attitude she has.

They have so many hidden fees like late check in, late check out, R1000 deposit that they keep for a week or 2. It is just an unusual arrangement.

location is excellent. Property is maintained. enough kitched items. View is very good. Good for family. Beaches and restaurents nearby.

Complex has monkeys, if have a baby had to do special care. Need to fetch key from other location 4.5 km from property

Beautiful garden view and ocean view from the patio area.

The apartment was not properly cleaned upon arrival. No hand towels provided. The bathroom has a damp smell. No aircon in the living room. Housekeeping was pathetic!
