This is our second year staying at this apartment, and the team were very happy again with their stay. The apartment is in a great location, very comfortable, the host company were amazing with their communications. Anastasia in particular very helpful, a great asset to the host company. One of our guests left behind an expensive piece of equipment and very quickly we had a response that they would look for the item, it was found, and arrangements are being made to get it back to the guest. Just great service.

La struttura e’ molto accogliente, moderna e dotata di tutti i comfort. Cucina super accessoriata e che camere spaziose e ognuna di esse dotata di bagno privato.

Tre situazioni: 1) Al nostro arrivo pur ricevendo le istruzioni per entrare nella proprietà attraverso porte dotate di codici personali non abbiamo trovato nessuno ad accoglierci come invece avevamo richiesto nonché pagati 50 euro per il suddetto servizio. 2) L’appartamento non era stato riscaldato e per fortuna dopo aver chiamato l’agenzia che gestisce gli affitti a breve e’ venuto un loro operatore dispiaciuto per l’accaduto. I fan hanno sopperito all’inconveniente ma dopo diverse ore mentre il riscaldamento gestito dalla proprietà non e’ mai partito. 3) Alzando il copriletto di una delle camere da letto abbiamo trovato una felpa XS. Qualcuno aveva dormito prima? O l’housekeeping l’aveva lasciato rifacendo il letto?

The duplex was amazing, it was spacious and every room had its own bathroom. It was very clean and it was very well equipped with amenities. Air conditioning worked very well which is an important factor especially for this time of the year. The sunlight due to the large windows and skylights made the place so fresh and warm. I would like to thank the organizers and the owners of the place for making our stay a fabulous one. Special thank you to Anastasia, that was very helpful and accommodating in all the requirements that my family and I had. The place is definitely on my top of the list when I visit again.
