Very relaxed position in Scarborough

Ken was a great host he rang us and met us at the property, settled us in with all the im formation. Wounderfull view from our window of the north bay easy ti walk ti harbour and town.

Great stay. Lovely flats

Property was clean and comfortable. Ken was very amenable. Carried our cases up to top floor flat which was a long way up.

Exceptional

Absolutely loved our stay here Ken met us at the flat and showed us everything we needed to know. Stunning views and location was ideal when getting to North Bay or South Bay. Parking arrangement was also excellent. Just eat also deliver near enough anything you want including shopping great bonus.

Picturesque views , clean and tidy apartment cosy.

Value for money ! The views were superb, shower hot , bed comfortable. Ken was very friendly and showed us how to go on .

The view from the top room is amazing and ken was very welcoming and offered great advice on where to go and where to eat the scarborough arms is a short walk and is highly recomended to go out to eat the castle is a stones throw away and a 10/15 min walk from the flats to north and south beach

Perfect location with brilliant sea view. The parking arrangement was a massive bonus. Ken the host was extremely helpful and a lovely guy.

Our stay was absolutely brilliant

The apartment was most comfortable with all you could possibly need provided, Looked as if re-furbed very recentlly with all new soft furnishingsand carpets. There was lots of storage space in both the main room and the bedroom which had a very comfortable bed. The view was spectacular and the apartments were very central for all the wonderful walks. Couldn't have asked for anywhere better to stay .

There wasn't a thing that we didn't like.

Flat was good, down side was we where on top floor with 6 sets of steps and other down side was that there was only two place to park out side of flat and there where taken up when got there so was on the road out side but there was not a lot of parking and if move car struggled to find place when came back had to change plans because of this

Fantastic view

We were on the top floor which is not ideal for everyone as there are lots of steps - but for me the view made it all worthwhile. Apartment was equipped with everything we needed. On site parking is a bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic location

The location is exceptional. We have been staying in Scarborough for many years and the location of this property has made a great impression. I have already made enquiries about future bookings. The easiest access to both north and south bays and an escape from the bustle of the town centre. We had everything we needed for a very good week. Peaceful walks, quick access to restaurants and seafront or quiet days in. The property was clean and well presented and the owner was friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Compared to prices I have paid recently in Scarborough this proved to be exceptional value for money.

We had no complaints at all.

Enjoyed the holiday but apartment very poor

Sheets didn't fit the bed kept coming loose it was 2 single mattress on a double bed not enough glass ware 4 odd glasses dust webbs on most walls and had to buy a plug in to take the stale smell away
