St Mary's Cottage

Location was great. Kitchen/back yard quite small but this is how it is described.

Brilliant little cottage , perfect base for a few days exploring the costal towns

This house is lovely and obviously well loved house. It had everything we needed. It was cozy even though we didnt use the fire it was lovelt and warm and we had marble sized hail when we stayed so solid heating.

Not the owners fault but who ever stayed in tunnys cottage from friday night we named the st marys wood pecker they were banging on the door from 12.45 to 5am on and the they were just loud throughout their stay so who stays nextdoor has a huge impact on your holiday. Whoever stayed before us had long dark hair and this was just all over the house floors beds ..so we did a full clean.

Upstairs was great super comfy beds and good bedding, bathroom was big enough and was clean, kitchen was tiny but well equipped with everything we needed

Downstairs wasnt clean generally , although the kitchen was ok , front room was tired and in need of a lick of paint , it was dirty on the skirting boards and behind the tv , the outside courtyard was cluttered with bits of drainpipes which I tripped over , there was scaffolding up and work being done which was fine I know jobs have to be done but nothing was cleared away buy the workers at the end of the day and we had to clean down benches before we could sit down and sweep up rubble and move drainpipes out of the way
