A short drive brings you to the historic town of Whitby, where you can catch the North Yorkshire Moors steam train for a spectacular journey through the Esk Valley to Goathland and Pickering. Other nearby coastal gems such as Robin Hood’s Bay, Sandsend, Staithes, and Runswick Bay are also well worth visiting.
