Lovely flat in a super location, we would stay there again.

The front room space comfy and larger than expected, good kitchen, good bed space. The central heating was on and kept the flat lovely and warm.

The shower wasn’t very powerful and the shower room needed a bit of tlc The walk up to the front door was past a number of recycling bins which was a shame.

A good place in the middle of town

Very good apartment, well equipped with very good size rooms. Kitchen and bathroom very good with everything you need . Lounge had nice comfy sofa and chair and nice traditional furniture added . Parking outside of the building was good just beware of time limits but the parking pass for the big car park is very useful. Communication from the host was excellent and very friendly, we were kept informed from booking to leaving on all aspects . Well impressed and hope to book again some time

A good central location and a lovely flat for our stay. Met expectations.

We rented this property to be able to attend an event. We were travelling with two dogs. The ground floor flat was spacious for our needs and the small garden a bonus for our dogs. Central location and short walk to the beach.. warm and comfortable with everything we needed.

A garden lesson learnt.

Nothing.

Property was not ready on arrival. There was a problem with Drains. When entering the property there was an overwhelming smell of bleach so much so that it made your eyes smart. The freezer was unusable as door would not close nor could trays be accessed due to heavy frosting up. The Kettle was rusty. There was a very strong smell of dog in the front room despite the strong smell of bleach. The lock on the front door was barely adequate and did not offer much security. It would take very little effort to push door open. There is no secure parking in close proximity to the property. We advised owner that we would not be staying in the property and left shortly after our arrival. My wife is disabled and a ground floor property attracted us. However a hard lesson was learned renting this overpriced property which is in need of a lot of attention. You are warned.. First time used booking.com very poor customer service and difficult to get hold of.

The bathroom could do with a shower tray, after a shower the floor remained wet for a long time. Could do with a lick of paint throughout. All the bins lined up on the path to the front door is not a welcoming sight

The property itself was located centrally with only a few minutes to the main town and beach.

Location was perfectly central

Windows were quite dirty, couldn't see out. Bedroom view from window was a very small walled courtyard which didn't allow much light in hence quite dark in the room. Main bathroom and shower room for the apartment was in the main bedroom which led off the kitchen. No windows in the kitchen. A few more homely touches would have been nice.

Great location, needs a refresh

The location is excellent, right in the middle of town, easy access to everywhere. Spacious lounge area for 2 people and the kitchen had everything we needed, although we made tea and toast. Communication from hosts good, friendly and accommodating.

It’s an old property and smells quite damp, especially in the entrance foyer which is uninviting. Whilst superficially clean (and all bedding very fresh) the property could do with a deep clean (quite a lot of dust on door frames and door panels and a bit grubby around light switches and plug sockets) and then a decorating and furniture refresh. It’s a perfect little spot but is a bit tired and lacking in love ( mis matched and battered bed side tables, out dated decor and bedding style) , wouldn’t take much to spruce it up and then it would be good value for money but at the moment a bit expensive for the standard of accommodation.

Excellent little short break, self contained everything you needed for a comfortable stay.

Self catering apartment which had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We wished we could of stayed longer. Our dog loved the private enclosed garden. And we loved sitting out there people watching in the evening. Everything you needed was close by.

Bed was very soft - although clean and nothing wrong with it that was just our personal choice.

Ruined holiday

Front garden was OK but one of the supports were broken so only one half was usable for shade

Approach holes in concrete very dangerous, the information sheet was ripped and well used could hardly read it and this was what they use to welcome their guesrs very basic ,broken furniture coffee table very unstable, poor window coverings, duvet very thin pillows were flat, light in bathroom flashed and flickered, could not get Netflix to work kept asking to join,, could not get freeview at all tv stand leg broken was held up by freeview box, sofa covers were very badly stained .

Home away from home

A home away from home in the heart of Barmouth high Street. Came back here this year because it's local to the amenities and quiet compared to other places available. Communication has been smooth and regular, it always feels like home while we stay here. Watching the parade come through town while enjoying the patio and garden was a delight this year. Our little fur-babies can come on holiday with us as pets are welcome.

We came back here because we couldn't fault the apartment and have already rebooked for next year because we enjoy staying here.

Bank holiday weekend away

The location was ideal.

The apartment was in need of a deep clean & some TLC to the bathroom, lounge & bedroom. There was an awful odour of cat pee and damp. Bedlinen needed upgrading, and some of the cutlery/utensils needed replacing. Due to the condition of the apartment we came home a day earlier.

Apartment well equipped, more spacious than it looks on the photos - bonus! Ideal location in the hub of Barmouth.

The boiler made quite a noise at times, very loud at times. This wasn’t a deal breaker for us however some might have found it more annoying.

Perfect for a few days get away with the Pooch

Location is spot on for being in the centre of everything in Barmouth.

The garden. it’s located at the front of the property and on the high street. Although it’s pet/dog friendly, you can’t leave dog as the railings aren’t very high, the garden is elevated and if you have a larger size dog it would be shoulder/waist height to pedestrians - it’s not a deal breaker, and would still go back, just have to be mindful.

Extremely enjoyable.

Being part of an old chapel it has character and gives it an interesting quirkiness. It’s in the centre of the little town and on the one way system. As part of the package it comes with a 24 hour parking pass to almost all of the long stay council car parks which save’s quite a bit of cash as parking can be quite expensive when staying for a week or more. The furniture is comfortable and more than adequate. The toilet/wet room is a good size and easy to use. As you are in the middle of the village/town everywhere is easily reached with nice pubs and many good eating houses for all tastes. If you hit a problem the hosts are easily contacted and there to help. I would recommend this venue wholeheartedly to anyone who a small family or a couple. I haven’t included photos of the property as those on Booking.com are accurate.

Our stay didn’t end well as my husband had food poisoning from the local pub

close to the town and beach , restaurants etc also had a garden for my dog .

nothing really not to like for the price you pay , but bed could be updated a bit bouncy and internet didn’t seem to work often for the smart tv so unable to watch Netflix or u tube in the evenings . It was just ideal place for our stay though with our dog .

The property is located in the centre of the town and is just a five minute walk to the harbour and the beach. The apartment is clean, well equipped and spacious. we travel with our dogs and this property and location is absolutely perfect for them. This was the second time that we have stayed here and we have booked to stay here again in July. The host is lovely, as are the neighbours. This is the perfect dog friendly break, we love it.
