The host, Giovanni, was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable about the area. Communication through Whatsapp was easy and quick. The apartment is well appointed and comfortable. The apartment is across the street from a public beach and next door to a running stream ... truly a beatiful location. Also about 1,200 steps from several restaurants, pharmacy, boat dock. Grocery store and bakery aren't too much further. Do watch the first step out of the building ... cars whiz by at 50 km/hr (just something to be aware of).

Lovely clean place with lake view and waterfall

Nice spacious apartment, well equipment, gorgeous view from the balcony, but most of all loved the waterfall sound near the window! Great place to stay if visiting lake como.

A bit too far from town and bus station if you don’t have have a car.

Was very clean, a lot of space. Bed was very comfortable, kitchen full equipment. In appartement you can even find wash machine and iron. Great communication with owner!

Friendly owners. Well maintained apparent at a good price.

The floor was a bit dirty and it is difficult to get to downtown on foot. Parking may be an adventure. One should have a car.

Loved it, would go again.

Luca picked us up and showed us what to do in the city. Very hospitable. Told us recommended place to eat and ate one of the best Tiramisu ever. The facilities are great, big spaces for two. The kitchen was equipped with what we needed. One of the best hikes starts very close from the location.

The balcony wasn't really useable as we have an air conditioning system blowing cold winds every time we want to enjoy it.

Enjoyable Lakeside stay!

The apartment was super clean and we had a lovely balcony with a lake side view on one end and a waterfall on the other. It has been well refurbished. Luca was great , very helpful, always on hand to answer questions and picked us up and dropped us back to the station. I understand one will be out in this year. Easy to walk into Bellano with a good choice of bars and restaurants and a Ferry stop to visit rest of the Lake.

A small oven/grill would have been great or at least a toaster. Not Lucas fault, but part of walk into town doesn't have a pavement which can feel a bit hairy at times.

Great location, very close to everything you need if you would like to discover Como! The flat is super nice, new & absolutely clean! Lovely balcony and views!The host is very helpful and friendly! Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay!

appartement close to the beach, air conditionner and all clean. one parking close to the appartement we past a great week to visit Bellagio, Bellano etc.. luca is a super host. i recommand !!!

A holiday paradise, we would come back.

The owner was very kind, professionnal and available. The flat was neat and well equipped, the bed was comfortable, and being right in front the beach was the cherry on the cake. Quiet location, pet friendly. Exceeded all our expectations ! Just take note that a small portion of the road to reach the city center does not have a side walk; few cars drive by and its perfectly okay by day, but a car can be useful at night.

The apartment was super clean and spacious. The little beach was just across the street and not to crowded. The little balcony was also super nice and we loved to enjoy our breakfast and dinner there. Plus, Luca showed US where to park our car safely since parking around Lake Como is quite difficult. To wrap it up: We loved our stay at Valle dei Mulini.

Absolutely stunning accomodation in Bellano. The host, Luca warmly welcomed us and helped in many topics during our stay. The apartment is amazing, super clean and very comfortable and has brand new furnitures. Highly recommended even for longer stays!

Exceptional

Everything was great! Very spacious apartment, with everything that is neccessary. Near to the main Street, with 1 min walk to the beach. Sunbeds and bikes available in the apartment. Even though 15 min walk from city center, it is a nice walk along the lake Como. Great host, great advices if it comes where to eat and what to see in Bellano and Lake Como. Recommend!

It is not about dislike....direct door on street give touch of adrenaline and parking places are problematic ... best is to find parking and move on foot

Excellent apartment.

No dedicated parking, but Luca managed free spot on public parking. We was on active vacation and mostly on bikes. Car was parked in 90% of stay.

Komfortowy apartament nad Jeziorem Como

Bardzo komfortowy, czysty i doskonale wyposażony apartament. Bardzo pomocni i mili właściciele. Doskonały kontakt. Miejsce idealne na pobyt i zwiedzanie atrakcji Jeziora Como (Villa Monastero, Villa Melzi, Villa Balbinello, villa Carlotta) a także jako miejsce wypadowe do przejażdżki pociągiem Bernina Express (Tirano - St. Moritz).. Doskonałe połączenia kolejowe z Tirano, Bergamo i Mediolanem. Dobre połączenia promowe pasażerskie z pobliskimi miejscowościami (Varenna, Bellagio). Najbliższy prom samochodowy w Varennie.

W zasadzie nie było takich rzeczy. Dla bardziej wymagających można wskazać "sąsiedztwo" pobliskiego wodospadu. Jednak właściciele zadbali o dźwiękoszczelne okna a apartament jest klimatyzowany. Drugą rzeczą jest dość niebezpieczne wyjście z budynku wprost na główną drogę (nie ma chodnika), więc osoby z małymi dziećmi muszą zachować szczególną ostrożność. Dla nas nie było z tym problemu. Trzecia rzecz to odległość od dworca kolejowego i przystani promowej (około 25 minut spacerem). Jednak spacer jest przyjemny, bez przewyższeń i z pięknymi widokami a w razie potrzeby właściciel oferuje podwózkę.
