It was cleaned everyday and I like the communication and easy access
The wash basin was really low so the water fell everywhere

Relatively close to spagna station! Staff was responsive, awesome and nice. They had daily cleaning which we didn’t expect but are grateful for. Property had everything you would need. It was also spacious and well decorated, probably of better value than most places in Rome.

Amazing location, very clean room, everything brand new in the room.
The balcony not really a plus for the room since its facing the inner courtyard..

Shower and worked, rain fixture not at all and waterfall fearure flooded the shower onto the floor as the drain was slow. Multiple doors and keys needed for entry/exit and only one set for two guests. This made our separate tours etc difficult to manage.
