I love the self check in. And place was very clean. Shower was amazing and I love that they had a daily cleaning service if wanted or needed.

The location was great, right in the city center. The accommodation was clean and although it wasn’t very big, it was functional. The check-in was very easy and quick since it was a self check-in.

We had a view facing the courtyard, which was dirty and reeked (we couldn’t even open the windows due to the stench). Our room was cleaned and the towels changed even though it wasn’t really needed - it would be great if we could have opted out. The wifi was really bad, sometimes I even had to turn on my data simply because it was so slow. The beds weren’t comfortable at all - the double bed had a really hard mattress. The sofa bed, on the other had, had a really soft spring mattress that you literally sank into. I had to sleep on that one the second night and when I woke up, my back hurt. We received no front door key - we were asked to call a phone number and the door would open. It didn’t feel good being dependent on someone picking up the phone, especially since we didn’t know until when we could still call. All in all, I guess I would have given this accommodation a decent 7 but there was one thing that I will never forget - earwigs. We were there for two days and saw THREE earwigs in the accommodation. We, as adults, weren’t that scared but the child definitely was - if you’re advertising a family discount and presenting yourself as an accommodation suitable for families, these sorts of things really cannot happen. I believe I was fair and even a bit generous in giving it a 6/10.
