Very clean
Beautiful rooms
Doormen not up to standard from other 5 star hotels
Front desk and concierge the same. Not at 5 star standard. Very nice to deal with. But not attractive we had some minor issues that needed to be ask to help more than a couple times before we got help.

The hotel is spectacular, the location unbeatable, having the most trendy and delicious restaurant, when we arrived they upgraded us, to an incredible room, we appreciated it very much, the very friendly staff help you in everything, thank you hotel nobu for super we will return

Location
Room service was good but they didn’t provide a spoon for Bircher muesli 3 days on the trot
Also phone by the bed looked cool but didn’t seem to hold battery charge, which meant I had to go to the bathroom corded phone if it rang. I did report it in the Friday and someone came to look at it but after swapping the handset allegedly, it continued not to work. Sat and a Sun if anyone called the room I had to pick it up on the bathroom. Bedroom phone continued not holding charge so as soon as you picked it up it went flat.
