For a 3* the hotel was very nice. I was surprised by iron and ironing board in the room. Very nice and confortable hotel. Breakfast was simple, but good. Burger at the hotel restaurant was delicious.
Main downside was water pressure. It was so low, that I had to spend a lot longer in the shower than I am used to. There was not enough staff for check-ins, waiting for 10min is not comfortable, but I may have just been unlucky to arrive together with many check-ins at the same time. My room was ready earlier though, so I guess that evens out.
If they had a laptop-sized safe in the room, I wouldn't be afraid to rate it 4*.

Breakfast only.
Beds and linens were not done and no towels and personal hygiene items were provided. They were rude in instructing that each and every item including change of towels must be asked for everyday. What a crock of nonsense is this? I wonder how customers do not end up getting illnesses without clean towels provided automatically and not by coercion.
