This first floor direct gulf front condo has spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico, located in Indian Shores just a few miles south of Clearwater, don't be fooled, this is a gulf front condo, not just a gulf view from far away, just open the door wall in either the master bedroom or the living room, nothing between you the white sand beach and the crystal blue water.
Close to all shopping, large malls, stores or small shops, many restaurants to chose from, Johns Pass, rent jet skies, boats, parasail, dolphin excursions 1 ½ hours to Disney World.
Beach Cottage, has the one of the largest pool decks on the beach, with a large well heated pool, hot tub, three stainless steel barbeques, umbrella tables and chairs, lots of lounge chairs for laying in the sun, Covered parking under the building.
This unit has a large balcony with table and chairs, watch beautiful sunsets almost every evening. Take a long walk down the beach or swim in the ocean, play volley ball or just lay out in the sun and get a tan. Cabanas available for rental.
This unit is fully equipped, full heat and central air, all linens and towels cable TV, high speed internet by the day or week, phones (for local calls or credit card long distance), answering machine.
Kitchen, All amenities, dishes, cookware, utensils, stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dinette table with four chairs.
Laundry room, full size stackable washer and dryer with cabinets and folding counter, laundry baskets for all three bedrooms.

Building 1 is the building that my unit is in (the building directly facing the gulf) It has been completely refurbished all new exterior. The new pool deck is all new, beautiful and is the largest elevated pool deck on the beach. Also in my unit, many new amenities and decorating inside. It is a must see to appreciate.

Location, location, location! The location and the view are the big hits of this condo. This unit is ideal for sitting on the balcony watching the sunset, or for just relaxing while watching the beach. The parking spot is located right next to the stairway (2 short flights) directly below the condo, but is a little bit of a walk from the elevator location. The whole complex doesn’t have very good signage for directions, so finding the elevator took some searching. We only used the elevator once because of this. The pool is an easy up and back down set of stairs very close by. The gates leading to the beach are super close to the stairway as well. Like I said, the location is amazing! The condo unit itself is very spacious. 5 of us stayed there without ever feeling like we were too closed in. The linens were all nice and clean, no complaints there. The furniture was worn, but comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, so no issues there. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys. Just make sure you check all of the closets for these things, because we didn’t and ended up purchasing more chairs unnecessarily. The few things we had complaints about were the carpet and the sliding glass door. The carpet is dirty looking and needs to be replaced. The sliding glass door leading to the balcony is very difficult to open and close. We even had a maintenance person come look at it. The owner is aware of the difficult door, but has not fixed it yet.

Extended family stayed for Spring Break. Kitchen was adequately furnished. No Beach Towels, so bring your own. We had issues with the cable during our entire stay. Not too big of a deal but it was an inconvenience. Ice Maker is super slow. Loved the patio, location to pool and room sizes. I was happy the living room had lighting as we like to play games at night. Utilized the puzzles too. I would stay again and recommend to others.

Location is amazing with a great view of the gulf. Beautiful sunsets, easy access to the beach. There was a mix up with keys to the condo, which resulted in a 3hr delay in getting into the room, at no fault of John's. Once resolved, the property manager responded quickly to other concerns through the week. The condo is showing wear and tear, and needed a deep cleaning. All in all, we still had a great family vacation and enjoyed the pool, beach and surrounding area.
