About this apartment rental
New Designer decorated and fully furnished, gulf front condominium with expansive views and a gulf front patio that is 20 feet by 30 feet. For those seeking the best the west coast of florida has to offer, this condominium offers a wide- open, spacious floor plan with a tommy bahama style. The owner’s careful attention to detail shows in the high level of craftsmanship throughout, including a richly appointed granite kitchen with stainless steel appliances, custom tile work, and decorator selected furnishings. The designer bathrooms also have top of the line granite countertops with extra large showers. Enjoy the warm gulf breezes and outdoor dining on the private 600 sq ft! Gulf front terrace. The rose is an intimate building with unmatched amenities in the area, including a tropical backyard facing the beach, gulf-front pool with poolside rest rooms, covered parking. The sounds of the Gulf can even be heard with the 5 sliding glass doors closed! Top notch elegant property.
New Sanitizing put into effect as of 4/1/2020
1. Sanitize and disinfect
- all door handles, furniture knobs, counter tops, toilet seats, refrigerator handle, stove handle, dishwasher handle, microwave stove handle, wood parts of chairs and armchairs, glass tables, side nightstand, balcony furniture.
2. Spray ( 75% alcohol) all fabric and vinyl furniture (sofas, chairs, armchairs)
3. Remove all silverware (forks, spoons, knives) and all glasses and cups from kitchen cabinets and place them in dishwasher to re-wash. Set the dishwasher .
We pay attention: We do Not forget to unload dishwasher - we deliberately leave silverware and glassware in the dishwasher so that the guest is sure that the dishes have been washed and dried properly and it is safe.
4. Laundry department has follow notes:
use the additional steam sanitizing cycle for sheets and pillowcases.
use extra bleach program for white towels.
use dry with steam cycle to dry

Stay was wonderful. Great unit and location. Denise was very responsive. Elevator did not work for most of stay and building is still undergoing repairs from hurricane damage, but that did not stop us from having a fantastic time

We are very familiar with this area. The physical location of the unit is wonderful - close to great restaurants, the PIE airport, things to do, etc. Unfortunately, the pictures shown in the listing are dated and do not accurately reflect the current condition of the unit. It is in need of a thorough cleaning, minor repairs and replacement of broken/worn items. In addition, linens and towels need to be replaced. Items that are not disclosed in the listing: there is no closet in the master bedroom; while the deck/patio is huge and a great view, there is literally no privacy from other residents; the firepit shown cannot be used (we bought a propane tank and were informed by an unidentified resident that this was illegal). The listed "new sanitizing process" is not being followed. Money needs to be put into the property to bring it back up the "top notch elegant property" it may have once been.
