Gulf-front, penthouse/top floor, corner 3 bedroom, 2 bath, condo, with large wrap-around balcony on the Northwest corner of the building. The living room has a sliding glass door to a private balcony and an extra window looking down the beach. Updated and decorated with a coastal theme the comfy leather couches provide the perfect way to relax from a day at the beach. A large flat-screen TV with extended cable and DVD player provides entertainment. Ready for game night or a family meal? The large dining table and full-size, fully equipped kitchen have all the amenities of a home. FREE secure Wi-fi to make it easy to post all your fun vacation memories and make your friends jealous. Need to make a call? FREE long-distance for U.S. and Canada calls too! The Gulf-front master bedroom has a King size bed with a TV with cable, a sliding glass door to the balcony, and an ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom has dual sinks and a tub with a showerhead with jack-n-jill access to the living area. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Queen size beds, a TV with cable, and ensuite bathroom with large countertop and tub with shower head. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed, mounted cable TV, and an East facing private balcony. Watch beautiful sunrises as the day comes awake. No need to overpack, the condo has an inside utility room with a full-size Washer and Dryer. There is a hotel safe in the condo for your added peace of mind. This is a no smoking/no pets condo. Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.
Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.
Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.
Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.

The view and location is excellent!! A good variety of kitchen appliances and utensils. We did not care for the fact that they did not leave any hand soap for us at any of the 3 sinks. They supplied 3 hotel mini soap but this is not ideal for sinks AND showers. I would suggest that you consider packing extra garbage bags, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods if you are staying for a week as they only supply 2 of the first 2 and no laundry supplies. The mattresses are okay but not great. The pool was nice and pretty clean during our stay.

My family of four (2 teens) and my older parents enjoyed our trip. The beach is perfect. The condo was well stocked for cooking our Thanksgiving meal. We had plenty of towels except we only had two kitchen towels. The beds were comfortable and the showers had good pressure. The two parking spots were great. The elevator is a little slow and old so take the stairs when you can. The outside pool area was cleaned everyday. It was a wonderful stay.

I do have plenty of feedback: Sea Gate 508 needs to be renovated or at least updated. This is our 3rd time staying at a Sea Gate condo because we love the location and the property overall. This was our first time in the 508 unit, however, and it lacks what others offer. The only thing going for it is the corner balcony. Beds are uncomfortable, appliances are old and super basic, bathrooms are in rough shape, trim & doors need cleaned or replaced. Don’t even get me started on the TV’s…pathetic sizes and embarrassing when they are now so affordable. There were only two beach chairs available to use and renting chairs from the rental agency is somehow 25 each, so we purchased two 20 chairs at Walmart & donated to the cause for future guests to use.The unit layout is also very odd when compared to other corner units…not sure why it was ever setup as a shared multi-unit or why that was even allowed. If a remodel were to happen soon I would very much suggest changing it back to how it was originally constructed. Also, the check in process is not ideal & it felt behind the times by having to physically check in! No thanks on the future discount if I have to act like it’s 20 years ago to check in every time. Pool & bathroom area is understandably under construction due to hurricane repair but no prior warning was given. There were no ‘real issues’ with anything/anyone and our vacation was relaxing, but I’d rather spend same amount of money on a much nicer beach front condo.
