Indian Shores is a quiet beach community located north of St Pete Beach and south of Clearwater Beach. It offers the quiet beach living with the convenience of being less than 90 minutes away from the major Florida attractions and theme parks.
The condo is located on the second floor and has a million dollar view of the white sands and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Watch the colorful sunsets right from the balcony of this condo. Sit on the balcony and watch the morning greet the day while listening to the sound of the waves crashing onto the shore.
The condo is fully furnished and fully equipped with a washer and dryer. Beautiful brand new laminate flooring has just been installed in the living room, dining room and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparations. The Gulf Front balcony is accessible from the Master bedroom and the living room. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and the third bedroom has 2 Queen size beds.
The property has a direct Gulf Front heated pool, barbeque grills on the beach patio and assigned parking. The property comes with one assigned parking space and has a very limited number of guests parking spaces on a first come first served basis. Wifi and cable TV are free. Starter supplies are provided.

Over all great place parking was a little different at times but was able to get a spot every time we left and came back didn't have your regular parking spots due to constructing on the building which is understandable

Parking is a nightmare! You will have to fight for your 1 allotted parking spot. Lots of construction going on, which takes up almost all of the guest spots.
