This beautiful direct Gulf Front 3 bedroom with 2 full baths condo is located in the small town of Indian Shores, on the Pinellas County Gulf Beaches. Indian Shores is a quiet beach community located north of St Pete Beach and south of Clearwater Beach. It offers the quiet beach living with the convenience of being less than 90 minutes away from the major Florida attractions and theme parks.
The condo is located on the second floor and has a million dollar view of the white sands and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Watch the colorful sunsets right from the balcony of this condo. Sit on the balcony and watch the morning greet the day while listening to the sound of the waves crashing onto the shore.
The condo is fully furnished and fully equipped with a washer and dryer. Beautiful brand new laminate flooring has just been installed in the living room, dining room and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparations. The Gulf Front balcony is accessible from the Master bedroom and the living room. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and the third bedroom has 2 Queen size beds.
The property has a direct Gulf Front heated pool, barbeque grills on the beach patio and assigned parking. The property comes with one assigned parking space and has a very limited number of guests parking spaces on a first come first served basis. Wifi and cable TV are free. Starter supplies are provided.

From start to finish the host was responsive to all my questions. The host provided clear instructions for both arrival and departure days. When you open the door the beach view is right in front of you. What a way to be greeted. The host provided beach chairs and beach towels which was great. My family loved the trip and we loved the condo that had everything we needed. We will be back again next year.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The view was amazing. Accommodations fit our needs. It was clean and facilities were great. We were there Memorial Day weekend.

Spotless unit. Great communication with the host. BEAUTIFUL view from the amazing balcony. Unit near the elevator and trash chute. Convenient parking out front. Nice pool with clean restrooms. Tv with cable in all bedrooms and living room. Best of all— right on the beach. Lots of chairs and umbrellas in the unit. Close-by eateries/ice cream. Family oriented area/beach. Just a great experience overall! We ll be back.

Parking is a nightmare! You will have to fight for your 1 allotted parking spot. Lots of construction going on, which takes up almost all of the guest spots.
