Now READY TO RENT! Remodeled to a very high standard, SeaGate unit 408 is a fresh and relaxing condo to sit back, put your feet up and have a memory making vacation! There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen. There is also a storage unit on the ground floor for beach equipment. With this CORNER unit, you can take in the views from of the Gulf of Mexico from bedroom as well as the living room wrap around balcony. As a bonus there is a second balcony in the 3rd bedroom overlooking the intercostal!
*NOW FULLY REMODELED* The master bedroom boasts an ensuite shower and king bed. The second bedroom has two queen beds and is ensuite also. This room has access to a bathroom with a tub/shower combo shared via the hall way with the third bedroom. The third bedroom has a queen bed. All bedrooms have a smart TV, so you can retire to your room and relax after a long day on the beach.
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots & pans etc. Everything you will need to cook or get take out and sit in the condo to watch the world, or the beach go by.
The balcony has two high top tables to sit out and enjoy the view while sipping on a vacation cocktail!
There is also a bar area to mix your drinks and keep the beers cold.
You have access to a shared garage space downstairs to keep the beach chairs/umbrellas provided as well as anything else you might have brought with you.
There is a grill space outside with both propane and charcoal grills.
The pool is heated year round, so you will have a great time splashing about in it, or wandering down to the beach and dipping your toes in the Gulf of Mexico.

this condo is right on the beach. So many peoples ( I really mean me) dream. I wish there was more restaurants within walking distance, but the ones that were walkable were great. wish i was tech savvy enough to post pictures but I'm not. Enjoy yourselves whoever reads this and stay here!

5 Star ratings across the board. The condo was just as described. Very clean with everything we needed. Fully updated interior with beautiful furnishings and incredible views. Highly recommended.

Having stayed in other condos in the same building, we liked this one the least. The unit needs a deep cleaning, specifically the bathrooms and floors, along with general maintenance, specifically, many of the dining room table chairs need tightening. The unit lacks a homey feel, having no rugs, and the kitchen is not stocked with needed items - there wasn't even a pizza cutter available and the dishes are chipped with silverware markings. While location is great, a deep clean, and small updates to amenities would make a world of difference.
