Love the access to the beach and the condo was well stocked with plenty of items for the beach

Hair thur out the condo. Tub clogged, fridge went out after spending 467.00 at the grocery. Spent 60 on ice trying to save our food. AC went out. All within our stay of 4 days. The owner and property manager was quick to get things fixed, but one day was completely ruined by having to wait on repair men. We didn’t feel comfortable leaving the condo and having people come in without us being there. We spent a couple days waiting on repair men. One of the days during our stay our two teenage girls were alone in the condo and a man came pounding on the door. There is no peek hole to see who it is and my daughter cracked open the door thinking it was my husband. It was a man saying he wanted to come in to spray for bugs and change the locks. She shut the door and didn’t let him in. I messaged the owner and asked if someone was suppose to do these things, he said no and would always give notice if someone was coming . This made me feel very unsafe during our stay. The property manger gave us 100 gift card for Publix but was no good to us. We weren’t going to spend anymore money on grocery. We are from Ohio and have no Publix grocery store . We did appreciate it tho. On a good note the condo was nice location and the two balcony’s were nice. The condo was nicely decorated and cozy.
