Chic sea front apartment with breathtaking Kotor Bay view

This is a very nice, fully equipped two-level apartment featuring breathtaking views from the many bedroom windows and nice little balcony.

The main drawback inside the apartment was the lack of blackout curtains, meaning the morning light floods the bedroom right at sunrise and makes it very difficult to sleep in. For those arriving by car, be prepared for extremely narrow streets and challenging parking; while this is just the nature of the neighborhood rather than a fault of the property itself, it’s an important detail to keep in mind. We also couldn't find any good restaurants nearby, though the area is large enough that a deeper search might yield better options. Finally, payment had to be made in cash—which felt unusual coming from Western Europe, though it seems to be standard practice in the Balkans.

Потрясающий вид на море! Завораживает дух! Апартаменты были оснащены всем необходимым. Нас встретила женщина, по-видимому, горничная (может быть и хозяйка), проводила до квартиры, всё показала. Заселили нас раньше! Все вопросы решали через сообщения. Один раз нам не повезло: мы остались без воды почти на сутки в связи с погодными условиями. В этом случае хозяин не помог. Вообще всем, кто едет в Столив, нужно учесть расположение: почти всегда дует сильный ветер. Из 7 дней нашего пребывания пять дней дул ветер и два дня был ураган.

Пол в апартаментах был грязным. Пока разбирали чемоданы, подошва ног стала чёрной. В углах комнат и кухни, между ступеней лестницы висела паутина. Много мелких муравьёв. Столив - это симпатичная деревня для пенсионеров. Активного отдыха здесь не будет. Детям здесь не интересно.

Everything about the property was just fantastic. Home owner was incredibly helpful and professional, and the apartment itself was perfect. It was very clean, with comfortable beds and perfect view. I would recommend it to everyone.
