• Great accessibility (Metro, Tram, Bus, Train)
• There is a Lift in the building
• Two air conditioning modules (Room and Living room)
• Fast Internet (WIFI and Cable) & free NETFLIX access
• Baby cot is available under request for 10€/stay.
- The private terrace is accessible only to this apartment and furnished with outside furniture so you can enjoy the sun :)
- Although it is a relatively small space it was designed with the work comfort in mind. The apartment is climatized with air conditioning system. You can easily heat up or cool down the apartment.
- Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with all the amenities (including shampoo, shower gel, spices and coffee).
- Pull-out couch that can accommodate 2 extra people.
- WiFi and TV with international channels and free NETFLIX available to you.
Guests have private access to the entire apartment.
There is free and unlimited internet connection.
We let our guests decide on the level of interaction they wish. We are always available to help with local suggestions and we are happy to meet up with our guests

• Restaurants - You're 5-10 minutes walk away from incredible restaurants in Lisbon!
• Stores - Just next to the apartment there is Rua da Misericórdia with a lot of amazing stores and restaurants (remember, you're in the very center of Lisbon!)
• Grocery - There is a sort of 24/7 small store just next to the building where you can buy something you forgot you would need even at 10pm.
• Bank & ATM - There's an ATM in the square on top of the street and a proper bank 5 minutes away.
• Pharmacy - There's one 4 minutes walking distance
• Bus - There is a bus stop 2 minutes away in Rua da Misericórdia, you can get pretty much anywhere in the city on a low budget
• Metro - The nearest metro station is "Baixa Chiado", 5 minutes away. BEST way to get around. Definitely! (~2€ each trip, or cheaper if you take daily ticket 6,15€)
• Tram - 2 minutes away there is a tram station to take you to Belém along the river or to the castle (the famous 28) - do expect a long line!, these are panoramic trips - TOP!
- The best way to get around is by public transportation. Leave the stress of traffic home and enjoy the city by foot!
- The apartment might be relatively small for 4 guests, specially if adults. Nevertheless, the second bed if extremely easy to set up and tidy up!
