About this apartment rental
Baby Friendly, new, modern, stylish & comfy 2 bedroom apt on 3rd Floor with two little balconies and amazing view. Windows in the bedrooms, two balconies and a window in the living room, lots of light . In a Charming/Traditional Portuguese building, fully restored. Six storey building, without lift. Prepared for families with children/babies. Great to discover the city center.

- fully equipped with brand new appliances (stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing and drying machine, dishwasher, kettle, blender, juice squeezer, toaster, coffee machine - Nespresso, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdryer);
- safe;
- air conditioning/heating in all the rooms;
- SMART TV with free access to many international and kids channels;
- wi-fi internet;
- fire extinguisher, fire blanket, first aid kit.

We like to welcome babies and children with love and affection.
That's why we have all the necessary equipment so that the little ones feel very comfortable.
Upon request, we can provide a travel baby bed with an extra mattress, bed linens and bath towels, high chair for meals, stroller, bathtub, A playing mat, small table and chairs, toys, books and games depending on age.
FOR BABIES UP TO TWO YEARS WE OFFER THE STAY ☺
OTHER INFORMATION:
- We prepare the house with all our care, attention to detail and tailored to our guests. We ask you to look after it with the same care and in the best way possible.
- Respect the neighbours not making too much noise, especially after 10 pm.
- We can be flexible with check-in and check-out timings as long as they do not conflict with other reservations.
- For stays longer than a week, we offer an extra cleaning with changing of sheets and towels.
- It is possible to book a private parking space in the underground parking lot located less than 5 minutes away (price not included in the reservation and subject to availability).
- When making your reservation for more than two guests, please note that there is a small extra payment. This will be visible in the breakdown of the total price of the reservation.
- In case the apartment is not available on the dates that you want, the Courtesy Morning has other apartments in the VRBO also in the historic area of the city. Talk with us.

I can't say enough about how good our stay was at the apartment in Chiado. Ana with Courtesy Morning Apartments was phenomenal. She made us feel so welcome and even had some Pastel de nata waiting for us in the room. We were a little delayed and she was kind enough to wait until we got there. She was very detailed and the informational binders were very helpful and we took a lot of her suggestions. We frequented the 2 historic coffee houses listed daily :) Thank you Ana for being so kind and helpful to me and my family. The apt itself was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. It was well equipped for travelers with children as there were a lot of toys, games and stuffed animals in the room to play with. It was comfortable and a perfect location as it was centrally located in Lisbon and we got to explore a lot of places. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend highly.

Our stay at this apartment was excellent! Prior to our arrival, all of the communication with Ana was very timely and helpful. Bruno met us at the apartment and was an outstanding host, carrying my wife's suitcase up the stairs for her (what a gentleman!), walking us through the apartment, and giving us fantastic tips about the local area. The apartment had everything that we needed and I want to call out a few of them, in particular. We found the beds to be VERY comfortable, the bath towels were generously plush, and the view of the Castelo de Saint Jorge was captivating. We would absolutely love to stay here again should we be fortunate enough to visit Lisbon in the future. Thank you very much for the stay!

Wonderful accommodation. Great location and exceptional host. Apartment was well equipped and they provided loads of information on things to see and do in Lisbon. Highly recommend!

Great apartment rental from beginning to end. Since we were traveling with our 17 month old daughter, it was important to find an apartment that was toddler friendly. This apartment was perfect. Baby friendly amenities were provided (stroller, baby tub, high chair, crib, etc). Ana, the owner, was very responsive with all communication. The apartment is in a great location...in the middle of everything, but on a relatively quiet street. Restaurants are literally at the doorstep and the metro station is less than a five minutes away. We even had a view of the castle from the window!
