About this apartment rental
Baby Friendly, new, modern, stylish & comfy 2 bedroom apt on a 4th floor with an amazing view of the Castle at Largo do Carmo Chiado. In a Charming/Traditional Portuguese building, fully restored (completed in Feb of 2015). Six storey building, without lift. Prepared for families with children/babies. Great to discover the city center.

- two double bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower, lounge and open kitchen.

- room 2: one queen bed in the other bedroom;
- both bedrooms have spacious closets;
- fully equipped with brand new appliances (stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, blender, juice squeezer, toaster, coffee machine - Nespresso, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdryer);
- safe;
- air conditioning/heating in all the rooms;
- SMART TV with free access to many international and kids channels;
- wi-fi internet;
- fire extinguisher, fire blanket, first aid kit.
AMENITIES

- full set of towels (hands, face, body);
- for stays longer than four days, we can offer robes and slippers (upon request);
- beach towels (upon request);

We like to welcome babies and children with love and affection.
That's why we have all the necessary equipment so that the little ones feel very comfortable.
Upon request, we can provide a travel baby bed with an extra mattress, bed linens and bath towels, high chair for meals, stroller, bathtub, A playing mat, small table and chairs, toys, books and games depending on age.
FOR BABIES UP TO TWO YEARS WE OFFER THE STAY ☺
OTHER INFORMATION:
- We prepare the house with all our care, attention to detail and tailored to our guests. We ask you to look after it with the same care and in the best way possible.
- Respect the neighbours not making too much noise, especially after 10 pm.
- We can be flexible with check-in and check-out timings as long as they do not conflict with other reservations.
- For stays longer than a week, we offer an extra cleaning with changing of sheets and towels.
- It is possible to book a private parking space in the underground parking lot located less than 5 minutes away (price not included in the reservation and subject to availability).
- When making your reservation for more than two guests, please note that there is a small extra payment. This will be visible in the breakdown of the total price of the reservation.
- In case the apartment is not available on the dates that you want, the Courtesy Morning has other apartments in the VRBO also in the historic area of the city. Talk with us.

We had an amazing stay in this property. Pedro met us at the door and was extremely kind and knowledgeable of the area. We particularly liked being in the center of the action but on a more quiet street. Lots of food options within a short walkThe apartment had an amazing view which included the castle. Things were spotless on arrival. I especially appreciated the comfortable beds. I would not hesitate staying here again in the future. In fact, we are already missing the great experience that we had. Thank you for everything

The condo is very well located. The host is amazing. So helpful and very responsive. The kitchen is well stocked and even had the essential condiments. We loved having the clothesline. This was one of our favourite condos. The steps to the apartment are steep but not an issue for us. It was an introduction to the hills in Lisbon. I highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay again.

I highly recommend this flat for your trip to Lisbon. Ana met us there day one with pastries and a smile. She walked us through the meticulous binder of local eats and sites and made sure we had everything we needed. The flat is very clean and comfortable. So many thoughtful touches e.g. little soaps in decorative bags, pretty cups to put your toothbrushes in, extra outlet converters, etc.It is also in a convenient location for walking to sites, restaurants and shops but, still surprisingly quiet at night.

Quite possibly the best rental experience that I have ever had. We felt welcomed, safe, and loved the location of the apartment as it was so easy to explore Lisbon. Our host went above and beyond in taking care of us! Thank you so much for everything Pedro and Bruno!
