About this apartment rental
Fantastic two bedroom apartment situated in the heart of Lisbon (Largo do Carmo). Max. 4 people. Cable TV, WiFi and A/C.
This is the perfect apartment for all the people that want to know Lisbon!
Strategically situated close to Carmo (downtown Lisbon), known for it's charming square and the Convent ruins. This is the perfect location: between Chiado with all it's shops and attractions and Bairro Alto with it's known nightlife. You have a lot of attractions nearby: shops, fashion restaurants, excellent bars, theatres, monuments, all that Lisbon can offer. You won't be disappointed!
The subway stop of Baixa/Chiado is a 5 min walk to the apartment. Rossio train station is a 2 min walk.
A car is not necessary at all, but if you have one you can use one of the several parkings available being the Chiado parking at 100m from the apartment, the closest one.
The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a typical Pombalin building recently renovated. The building exterior is made of ceramic tiles and it has the famous iron balconies typicall in Historical Lisbon.
The apartment is in the 5th floor, the last one of the bulding. Please note that there isn't elevator access, a small price to pay for the excellent apartment and view.
The apartment was totally renovated and maintained an high ceiling giving it a big dimension in volume. The materials and decoration were done in such a detail and with excellent good taste that will surprise and create an impact even in the
most distracted one.
The apartment has everything you could ask for. Air conditioning, balconies and a small glass terrace, magnificent views, wifi , lots of cable channels, all surrounded by a decoration and atmosphere that will demand the most of your senses.
Coming in into the apartment you have a glass roof with some decorative plates on top creating a big entrance impact. You have one bathroom at you left, modern with two glass showers. There is a bedroom offering a double bed (1,60cm wide) with a private bathroom with a stylish decorative antique bathtub and a glass shower cabinet. This bedroom features a roof electric glass window giving you plenty of light and the possibility to felt a sleep looking at the stars. There is another bedroom with two single beds.
There is a modern dining table with space for 6 people where you can enjoy your meals. The kitchen is fully equipped and functional. You have a oven, stove, microwave and a full size refrigerator. There is a dish washer and washing machine with dryer at your disposal. The living room and kitchen have access to a small terrace with a glass top, usable even in the winter.

Loved the apartment, it had everything we needed. The location is awesome, close to all the main touristy spots. The owner was easy to reach. One thing to keep in mind - it’s in the 5th floor (6th, considering the ground floor) and no elevator.

Luis's place was fantastic. It's a very nicely renovated attic space with premium trimmings, with a bath tub in the master bedroom as the cherry on top! The location is perfect, central to anything that you may want to get to in Lisbon and convenient to both Metro and the train station. Fantastic stay.

The host was great and it was clean. Being on the 5th floor with no elevator was a bummer. The unit was less than ideal in its furnishings. The washer was ok, but there is no “dryer”. A wire drying rack is not a “dryer”.
